I am the Creator in manifestation,

Today I Anthea, bring forth the energy of the Arcturians through this channel to humanity on the Earth. I express my energy and unconditional love to all who are receptive to my energy and read my words now. I am here to assist you, as is the evolved civilisation of the Arcturians. I am the leader of my starship; we travel through the Creator’s universe and oversee the development of many on the Earth. I as leader of my starship am assigned as a guide to many incarnate souls on the Earth; it is one of my personal missions to help the light workers on the Earth achieve their dreams and the goals of their soul in their current lifetime. I offer a helping hand to many and understand that when light workers achieve their dreams, they emanate a wealth of light that affects the entire civilisation of the Earth.

Every soul incarnate in a physical body has the ability to affect the people around them with their love and enlightenment, but many do not realise that they have the abilities with the energy of their souls to transform or at least raise the vibration of the Earth. I desire that all on the planet Earth discover their inner lights; I wish to see the entire planet covered in realised beacons of the Creator’s light. In order for my dream or desire to come into fruition, the truth of the universe, Earth, soul and the Creator must prevail. While negative and false beliefs remain embedded in the Earth and minds of humanity, the truth may never accurately be integrated into humanity. The sense of truth existing within the human mind can be described as the Ascended Master consciousness.

Every member of my team on my starship has achieved an Ascended Master consciousness and is now moving beyond this state of awareness. Growth is eternal and perfection is never truly found, as the kingdom of the Creator is infinite.

My team of Arcturians and I wish to offer you a tool to assist you to evolve to the next state of your growth with ease so that we can create a mass activation and progression with one simple message and tool. Accepting and using this tool in your life will allow us to divinely intervene in your life, assisting our energies in anchoring into your being. We have advanced technologies on our Arcturian ships that each of yourcan access; I am sure you have heard my friends speak of these in the past, but I wish to offer you the Crystal of Light Activation so that you can absorb our energies during your daily lives when you have a free moment or need the presence of the Arcturians and Creator’s light in your life. Allow me to describe to you this tool and process.

The Crystal of Light Activation consist of an ethereal clear or white flat crystal, similar to a tablet, being placed into your hands when you invoke our energies and ask to experience this light activation. Allow yourself to sit peacefully, with a meditative state of mind and being, focus on the crystal tablet, feeling or seeing the energy that blazes from the core of the ethereal crystal. The light will melt into every aspect of your being, integrating with every cell, muscle and bone in your body, melting into your blood and DNA. It will surge through your aura, energy bodies and chakras, entering into your surroundings and everything that you currently feel a bond or connection with, (your friends and family will experience the energy in some form.) The energy of the crystal will wash over every aspect of your being, sharing the divine and fine energy vibrations and light of the Arcturians. You may feel the energy of the crystal tablet as it rests in your hand, it will promote and instigate a healing and cleansing process, clearing any kind of negativity. You can simply invoke the crystal tablet for this purpose but I shall offer further guidance.

The Crystal of Light Activation Tablet can be stored within your aura before your heart chakra, simply lift your hands while holding the crystal tablet to your heart chakra and it will melt into your being. This means that the crystal and its energy can be accessed without invoking us, by retrieving the crystal and focusing on its presence in your hands. While the crystal tablet is stored in front of your heart, it will continue to emit light vibrations, anchoring the Arcturian energy into your being all day long. For those of you who are concentrating on emitting the light of your soul into your surroundings or nurturing your soul to integrate with your physical personality, the crystal tablet will assist with these processes. It will energise and nourish your soul light, assisting it in expanding into your life. When you beam your light from your soul it will pass through the crystal tablet which will energise and amplify the energy of your soul, so that it has a greater influence and intensity in your life. HOW TO BLESS THE WORLD

Today I would like to share with you a technique about how to bless the world.

Many of you are unaware that you can imagine yourselves as great beings, able to soar above time and space and even rise above the surface of the Earth and view all below. I am here to tell you that it is not only possible for you to do this, but it is necessary that you do this.

Mother Earth is in dire straits. As you know, she is greatly polluted by all of you working in concert. It is time to reverse that situation and you, each and everyone of you, can help.

The first and most obvious way is to recycle, recycle everything you can, and to stop buying and using water where you use the plastic bottle only once then toss it in the trash. Spring water jugs can be cheaply purchased at most grocery stores and refilled with filtered water. Those jugs can also be recycled.

But the second and easiest way to bless Sweet Mother Earth you can do just sitting there in your chair or by going outside and finding a quiet place to sit in some natural setting.

Once you are comfortable and breathing that wonderful fresh air, (even inside you can keep the air fresh with spider plants and other plants that filter the air) I would like you to close your eyes, while continuing to breathe deeply, and fully relax.

Then imagine yourself as an eagle, soaring in the skies above the landscape. Create in your mind's eye what you "think" you might see below, until it "becomes" what you see. Even with all of the pollution, Lady Gaia is a beautiful sight. Even with all of the dead satellites in the space surrounding her, she is majestic and wears them like a crown.

Now, what Mother Earth needs most is your love.

From this soaring position, see through the clouds, see through the dirt and stones of the Earth and see right into her heart. That is where I ask you to send your love to her... into her heart.

Do not put any of your personal points of view upon this love or its sending. Mother Earth knows how and where to best utilize this blessing within her body and which individuals upon and within her greatly need to share this gift with her.

Lady Gaia is a conscious being who is ascending and, like you, needs all of the help she can get, yet she shares all that she has.

So, I encourage you to rise above your world each day or as often as you feel motivated to do so, and send your love, your blessings, so that she might rapidly return to health.

Let the Golden Light that permeates the higher worlds flow into your Crown Chakra on the top of your head, flow through your body then out of your heart into the heart of Mother Earth. This is a blessing, a gift, each and everyone of you can easily give if you choose.

We have all heard about 2012. I am commonly asked “what if it doesn’t happen by 2012?”
The answer is very simple.

The question should in fact be “when will it be concluded?” not “will it actually happen?”.

We are told that the changes are already under way. Can you not see the changes as they occur on earth right now? Things are changing very rapidly. Earth is already ridding herself of any dark dense areas of energy. The floods and cyclones, volcanoes and earthquakes.

As you are reading this it is already occurring, you must have already been touched by the very light energies that I am outlining here.

Your search for what you can do to help has already begun. You see?

We have not been told that definite things will happen, but we are told that if we choose to take a certain path we will most certainly accomplish what we imagined earlier.

We have the ability and very soon will also have the power to manifest earth as we truly desire.

If we all focus on what we could have, then there is no question that it will really become manifest, and our dreams will come true before our eyes!

Something has puzzled me for a couple of weeks.

Why are so many people wandering around with no apparent aim or clue what it is they want nor where to get it? Does this description sound familiar?

The answer came to me from on High...!!!

The Light Energies and the New World changes are in fact reaching down to the masses, and more people are hearing the small still voice , they are hearing the beat of the drum but are not too sure which tune it is yet, nor how to dance to it. does this ring any bells for you? kind of like a buzzing in your ears but your not too sure if you can hear it or not?

Some people are already dancing to the new'beat' that is our New Earth as she lifts up into the higher dimensions. We shall lift up too with Mother Gaia, our Planet Earth.
Everyone reaches the goal that is Enlightenment and Ascension, but not everyone is dancing the salsa, some are waltzing to the 'beat'.

Fear not my friends for you shall not be left behind....Oh no! There is plenty of loving support from our beloved friends in the other realms. all we have to do is ask for their help, and help is right there for us.

The question being asked in this moment:

For health reasons (arthritis mainly) I need to lose weight and I am on a regime to achieve this. Any guidance from my guides or anyone else to help with this would be hugely appreciated.

I greet you this day dear one!

I AM Zaihada of Sirius and it is a delight to be here with you this day!

The human body is a magical instrument and is much abused. Primarily through the imprinting of belief systems of what is and what isn't best for the physical wellbeing. Much that is believed to be true in relation to the body is not so at all and there will be more and more scientific “proof” coming out over the next 2 years that will reveal much of this. And when these "proofs" begin to trickle out I do hope that you have a good laugh at what is revealed. You of the higher vibrations could teach classes on what is real and what is not!

For this now, I applaud you for the knowing that the physical body is ready to release the barriers and the density that has been so necessary during this phase of your life. Yes, it was indeed necessary for the transformations that you have been achieving and has been a great friend to you. Even the arthritis has been part of this process and we will address this shortly.

To begin this releasing of the mass and density of the physical body the required piece is to begin with being in a conscious relationship with your body. This is not something that is so easily done with humans and yet this is the next step in this evolution of complete integration and unity of all aspects. Your physical body has it's own identity and a vast knowing of what it needs at any given time. It will come to assist you in your processes as you allow it to do so, bringing in healing and balancing in what could be experienced as magical.

What is being suggested to you is that you allow yourself to be fully conscious with your body as much as possible. What this means is that you honor and acknowledge the many messages and nudgings that your body gives to you on a daily basis. For example, your body always knows what it would like to consume in terms of food. Do you listen to this? As your body goes through the vast transformations that is happening with your DNA there are at times a deficiency of specific vitamins or minerals and your body will request these from you.

Now, you might be surprised that something as perceived as being sinful like chocolate actually contains ingredients that are greatly facilitating to the body for transformation. For there are ingredients that are connected to the chocolate bar that exist on the etheric levels that can be utilized by the physical body as well. And when your body is requesting chocolate from you, what you may not be fully conscious of is that it is not necessarily requesting a whole bar!

Eating consciously means to take a bite of the food that your body is desiring, putting down your utensil or your hand, and then fully enjoying the complete experience of what you are eating. Take your time with each bite, and yes, we know that you've heard this before. Now you are being given a bit more background on what this piece of advice is all about.

Your body will be absorbing specific energetic frequencies with whatever you partake of and this happens within the first few bites of food that you ingest! So, when you allow yourself to be fully present and have the experience of the first few bites of food, perhaps no more than three bites, and add the missing ingredient of breathing in New Energy then you will be bringing to your body a new level of support and nutrition!

And dear one, the breathing in of the New Energy adds a dimension to the experience that has previously not been available on this earth! As you know, the New Energy is expansional and comes from a vast potential of available energies as well. When you breathe in the New Energy whilst you are partaking of foods that you dearly love and desire to experience, then you are sitting in a vibration and frequency of energy that can only support and nurture you and your body! You might wonder then how it is that your body is able to shift so easily, almost like magic.

Be very conscious as you partake of your food, enjoy each bite of whatever it is that your body desires to have at any time, and then, when your body says that it is sufficient... STOP EATING!!! For what is not known is that anything that is ingested after the body says that it has had enough is generally wasted and can end up on those thighs and hips in storage.

Now, as you are on a specific regimen of eating, even while there are those specific foods that you believe that you "should" be eating, you still have the free will choice to check with your body if this is truly what it desires and can use for itself. What I would suggest for you is to give yourself a week of this new kind of eating. Give yourself a week to eat whatever it is that your body desires and whenever it desires to eat. Let go of the old energy belief systems about what is and what is not good for you and your body. Fully enjoy the experience of every bite and then when your body is finished, stop eating and breathe deeply with the New Energy and give thanks for the experience. See how this works for you and be at peace that whatever you decide for yourself is what serves you.

As you begin to be in a conscious relationship with your body you can then ask it what it would like from you to facilitate the easy releasing of the arthritis elements. There is a genetic and ancestral link to what you are experiencing and as you are the ascendee for your ancestral line, it is up to you to be very clear when you have completed this experience and this cleansing. You might even work with an energy facilitator to assist you to move through whatever oaths and vows you have in your genetic line that keeps you suffering this physical ailment. For you made the choice in this lifetime to go through all of those many ailments and to clear them. You are not in any way stuck with whatever you are experiencing. It is only if you decide that there is nothing that will ease or release this that the experience remains with you.

As your additional density is released from your physical body you will also be experiencing a type of flushing and detoxing as your body comes into new balance. This will also facilitate the easing of the arthritis for much of what you have been experiencing is a reaction to toxins that have accumulated in your joints over your lifetime. Again, breathe deeply into each experience and allow it to move and shift as it will. Be fully present in your life and acknowledge the grandeur of who you that you have having these experiences. Then let them go!

I AM Zaihada and I bring you much love and compassion this day. You have moved through tremendous experiences in your life and the way is now easier. Take time to enjoy your life, sip your wine with pleasure and enjoy the taste. Look at your world with new eyes and above all, breathe in New Energy into each experience and watch as new horizons open up and new adventures come to you.

I, Kryon, greet you. I greet the golden-blue frequency. I greet you lightworkers, all-embracing, as the ones you are: great lights in the human body. Each single one and all together I greet with the words OMAR TA SATT.

Hear the messages of Kryon. Hear the messages of Kryon and perceive them in the all-embracing love which resides in you. Be open in your heart and breathe the love of Kryon deep into yourselves. More than any word the energies of Kryon touch your soul and, if you permit, cause all these miracles which may happen at just this now-moment when the collective love joins together. Far from the worries and hectic pace of the day, in quietness, you find the strength and the openness for the high energies which are spreading already in the cells of your body, across all layers. More than you can imagine the miracles will happen. In the now-time of the energy much confusion reigns, for the magnetic energy has arrived in the expanse. Many places of the Earth and many human beings have been touched and covered by the magnetic energy of the new age. But the electric energy of the duality is opposing this. It is like a battle, and this confusion is what many human beings feel at present. But even though you sometimes feel weak physically, believe the words of Kryon: When other human beings look for answers you will have been living the answers for a long time, with all the facets of your abilities and your high energy of the fundamental consciousness.

It is almost as though here and now a window of time had opened, in this collective, in the present of your time, in order to let go of all the structures which do not serve you. The development of your consciousness is the higher power in your soul, deeply anchored in your divine core. You can observe climate changes and all sorts of other things while the messages of Kryon deeply touch the soul of your Self. You know you are one of us, you feel the energy.

Breathe in a rhythm which is right for you. Let the energy of Kryon circulate within you and expand across all your bodies. Call all your chakras together and unify them in the unconditional love. Feel the strength and the peace. Hear and feel the high sounds of the energy when Kryon speaks EL'GOTSHA. EL'GOTSHA comprises letting go. Often we have brought you the messages of how important it is to let go of all that which does not serve you. But today, in this collective, Kryon will use the Crystal EL'GOTSHA. For you are not only to let go of the structures of your Self, which no longer serve you, Kryon will also let the whole energy of EL'GOTSHA circulate through everything you have burdened yourself with in your life, or you have accepted from your ancestors, and through which you sometimes feel trapped.

Visualize the Crystal or feel it and deeply inhale EL'GOTSHA into yourself three times. Believe me, we know what weighs on your mind and what you carry. So much of what you carry is not part of you. You have accepted it out of love. Sometimes you have burdened yourself with something for other human beings and embedded it in your structures. Now is the time to let go of it. Go into the intention. Let all your channels open as by themselves. Ground yourself. While you are doing this Kryon will embed new energy like a pattern into your structure, full of love and powerful - just as you deserve it, for you are so valuable. You are great light in the human body and even though you cannot see me now there was a time when everything was unified. You are one of us. If it is possible for you then send your ancestors love energy out of the centeredness of your heart. Thank your ancestors for everything they have given and brought you.

The old Gods, the Thrones and the Powers have gathered to send you the energy of EL'GOTSHA. With the power of EL'GOTSHA turn to your consciousness and ask all the structures which do not serve you to dissolve. In the past, in this life and in so many lives you have borne enough. Now it is time that you are free, that you detach yourself from what is not part of you. Permit the structures to dissolve.

Speak the words:

All the things you have burdened yourself with, which are not part of you, are to be taken from you. Ask these structures as well to detach themselves.

So often you feel responsible for so many things, but the time has come to accept responsibility for yourself. Become free and feel free. Structures which do not help you can burden you and thus the high beings of the light will let the energy of EL'GOTSHA circulate through your systems once more now. Sense and feel the Crystal PRADNA. Visualize PRADNA, the power of the Divine Reality, the power of the New Age, the power of the new energies, and breathe PRADNA into your system.

All the structures which have dissolved will be replaced with PRADNA now. The high beings of the light additionally send you the ELEXIER of PRADNA. They embed it in your cell pattern. The time has come to free oneself of all burdensome structures. You are to feel contented, happy and free.

As a special gift we will instal a pillar of light in your Light Body now which will last for 7 days in your time. Into this pillar of light the drops of blessing of Metatron will flow afterwards, and will expand in your Light Body daily, hourly, more with each minute. Sit upright with your back straight, lay the hands on your legs with the palms facing up, and grant the high lights the installation of the pillar of light. There you can absorb the hundredfold amount of drops of blessing into yourself. Give the permission and thus it will happen.

Hear the message of Kryon once more: Even though you may sometimes feel tired and carry Light Body symptoms you are hurrying into the new energy with big strides, and when others are searching for answers you will be living these answers. You are being loved so immeasurably, and thus you will receive the drops of blessing of Metatron now. Kryon asks you to rise, and says goodbye at the same time.

Thus the Lord of Hosts, Melek Metatron, speaks to you. You are being loved immeasurably, and today a great miracle has happened. For many of you were able to let go of structures with the help of the high lights. When structures are dissolved, even if they are structures which do not serve you, it sometimes leaves a feeling of emptiness behind. Therefore many human beings do not like to let go. However we have charged you with PRADNA beforehand. In the coming period you will feel particularly well and strong. In the next 7 days of your time you can release the fountain of light, the heavenly breath of God in yourself whenever you want to. When you would like to do this speak the words:

Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish, Adonai 'Tsebayoth.

With immediate effect the drops of blessing will pour out of the pillar of light into your Light Body. The messages of Kryon were charged with a special energy pattern today, for high vibration and high light fills your consciousness. Remember, it is like a song which has been sung. You are to be free. Free, for it is in freedom that you find the power, the all-embracing love and the peace. Be glad about all those structures which you were able to let go, for from now on they will not bother you anymore. The structures which do not serve you are to be dissolved. This is an important process of the New Age.

this is indeed how the energy of the 5th dimension works bringing a

whole new way of Light.

This year 2008 as you know and have already felt energy wise is the
year of massive shifts and changes. It is in actual fact the year
where every single person's consciousness upon this planet will be
challenged and questioned as you say this is the year where you will
separate the men from the boys, not so. This is naturally not done
in egotistical ways beloved ones but very much in the full
understanding of love and compassion for unconditional love and
compassion are the first two keys of a clear cut 5th dimensional
recipe, a recipe that once followed you will come to embrace and
integrate full enlightenment. As you open yourself up there will be
absolute full understanding and perception of all that still seems
unclear for you. For the way ahead is a way of love and this year
2008 is delivering to you yet another opportunity to dust out the
closet, to take your books of knowledge from their shelves and to
remove all the dust from them. It is yet another opportunity for you
to unpack once again for the very last time in this lifetime some
lingering issues to clear out, that which no longer serves you, so
again you are asked as always to come to stand face to face in your
mirrors, as you know we often use this analogy of facing the self,
with love. Beloved ones you are asked to fit tighter into your
shoes, you are asked to allow the love, the enlightenment and that
absolute grace that is you become you, you are asked to lay down the
tools of conflict, to be aware of that which has created some
uneasiness for you and to come to terms with your belief systems,
this is the year where if you have not as yet come to face the
challenges within your belief systems, you will.

This is the year where you will called to your own test, a test
which only you will set up for the self, so at the very beginning of
this year as this is the very first gathering for this group, you
are asked to expand the levels of your heart in each and every way
so that no matter what you do beloved ones, beloved brothers and
sisters, no matter where you go or are with, that you live
consciously and be aware that your experiences takes on the magnetic
energy of the earth and the only way this can be integrated
thoroughly is through love.

Please sit back, relax, straighten your spines, visualize first a
blue sapphire energy and then allow this to be transformed into a
deep cobalt blue as we ask you to let go of all of your stresses and
strains, let go of every unresolved issue and every unanswered
question. Simply lean back into your heart space as you visualize
this magnificent blue energy all around you as we step forth guiding
you whilst holding your hand as we ask that you now let go of every
nagging belief system that have tugged at your hems to the extend
that it almost drove you mad, so let all of this go, let it all fly
away from you as you relax and become at ease with yourself as we
welcome in this most magnificent presence, I shall speak with you

Dear ones, I extend to you this day my energy field through this
being as I come forward from the realms of divine light and
enlightenment. I am Archangel Michael.

There is a need here, a need each of you need to fulfill and that
dear ones is your need to embrace self acceptance. There is an
unfolding energy upon this planet not something that you are
unfamiliar with but rather something that you feel very familiar
with and this is the energy which forms the basis of self
acceptance. You see dear ones, you come here to play a game of hide
and seek, and you bring with you into this game every challenge that
you can imagine, every challenge that request of you the full
acceptance of your own love. Now this is often a very difficult
thing for humanity to accept for many of you dear ones don't feel
very comfortable within your own compliments do you. It is not an
average human thing. By taking on a lifetime here upon the beautiful
mother Gaia dear ones you have given yourself unconscious permission
to go forth and dissect every aspect of your thinking, thus all
thoughts you have ever entertained. Within every lifetime, within
every incarnation you accumulate a collective energy that carries
you from one thought to another. Now these thoughts that you think
have absolutely no meaning if they just hang around in thin air but
as a human you own the most powerful ability of sending electrical
impulses as you think and that is what sets your train of thought
alight. So throughout your lifetimes you collectively gather
information and thoughts. Then one fine day you say to the self, now
I want to go back there, I want to one more time challenge myself
and just see perhaps this time I shall remember it all, and here you
are.

Perhaps this time the collective energy of your thoughts dear one
will allow you to wake up to such an extend that you will fully
embrace the truth of being conscious by being consciously aware at
all times.

Dearest souls we of the Archangelic League of Light oversee a
collective energy, an energy that is always present in support of
you and everyone else. In fact, we extend our energy fields to each
and every living essence upon this earth plane and all others. We
are specifically involved in the ascension program of planet earth
at this time and each and everyone of us as well as those from the
angelic and spiritual star realms all have but one mission that
keeps us infinitely here, one shared component that keeps us here
connected specifically, and that dear ones is to witness the
unfolding of one of the greatest miracles in the history of Creation
and that is the conscious awakening of your planet earth. This lies
within the understanding that for the very first time ever in your
existence which includes every one of your lifetimes, you as a human
being will be able to embrace on a conscious level individually and
collectively the thoughts that you have left behind at the end of
each journey. This will be the very first time that such a grand
happening will take place upon this planet. It is not the first time
this energy has been put in place and initiated but hear my words
dear ones it will be the first time it will succeed to this level.
We of the Realms of Light and dimensions of enlightened perception
experience not a moment that goes by where we don't find ourselves
in absolute awe at every aspect of creation, not a moment goes by
whereby we are not absolutely moved by the impact and presence of
the enfolding Light and what this energy delivers through its
impact, thus observing how it affects this planet in its totality
within each moment.

We are in awe with all of Creation, for every inbreath and outbreath
is fully part of Creation and we understand this process therefore
when we take note of your downfalls, sadness, when we take note of
your unsettledness and often immense pain that you find yourself
within we extend to you our hearts dear ones for the love that we
have for you is unlike anything you are truly being able to
understand or bring into your reality and perceptions from a human
point of view.

Dear ones, you are composed of levels of Light. The energy of light
is what you originated from and the essence of Light is where you
will return to. There will come a time dear ones where every single
belief system you have every entertained, heard, absorbed, belief
and practiced will be challenged and it will be up to you then to
step forth embracing that which you understand and accept, for that
is what this earth game is about for at the end of the day at the
end of this experience like all others there is no judgment.

There is a love here present and it stirs us for from our side of
the veil when we observe your excitement and we hear the great
excitement within the tones of your voices and we read the
tremendous excitement within the levels of your mind, we are stirred
with excitement that you can come into your own space and be within
your own time of love and therefore I plea to you, to each and
everyone of you that no matter what you have experienced up until
now, for you to take on this day the understanding of loving the
self. There is a love here present unlike any other presence. What
is this love? This is Creation in the making that is what this love
is. It is the actual living tangible touchable part of Creation
which is you, that is the love that you feel here. Respect, dignity
and understanding are what open up this love. Once you are able to
take this love to a new level of understanding it is inevitable to
open up the sacred heart energy. Then there is another door for you
to enter into, this is the way of the sacred mind. It is the
greatest and most passionate part of all of my teachings for
humanity to embrace the sacred heart and mind. What are these
energies can anyone share what their perception on these are?

A: virtues of the heart

A: higher vibrations

The word scared and the word non-judgment goes hand in hand for when
something is sacred dear ones there cannot be a judgment against it
or can there? You in your humane form, in your total beingness as a
human, every microscopic bit of you has a sacred origin and stays in
that state, so then how can one then take the love from the essence
of one that is so great, the absolute purity, the most astounding
love from the Supreme Creator of all that is and ever will be, take
that essence of the Out Breath of Creation that allows manifestation
into an actual physical body and then think it is not sacred, no
this cant be. For this very reason dear ones you are often exposed
to the teachings of perfection for only through understanding the
perfect concept of Creation you will come to understand that you
already are perfection no matter the outline of your experiences.
When there is any part within that you feel not to be as perfect as
you would like it to be then very carefully tap into its origin and
trace this thought to its offspring thus; does this come from the
lower ego mind or from the yearning of the higher mental planes of
the sacred mind. If this is of a lower vibration then there are
obviously issues that need seeing to, that you need to let go of.
The insecurity of the controlling part of your mind is the aspect
that always "needs to know" that tiny part of you that never feels
quite good enough, that never feels quite validated, this is the
part of the lower thought vibration that always needs an outer
source to make you feel OK. This is not needed within the sacred
mind or heart.

To be granted the gift of life dear ones is the most valuable gift
and extension of Creator Essence, the Out Breath. The truth of
actually being bodily present within your physical reality and feel
yourself, this is a manifested miracle so incredibly great it is
only you that do not see this as such. Can you pinch yourself, can
you feel it?

A: Yes

Then you are a living breathing miracle of Creation and so here you
are as beautiful as anything on planet earth. You requested to be
present here at this and any other time, and this time around
specifically you asked to come back one last time for many of you,
not all but for many, to come here with one last effort to embrace
the magnificence of your miracles, the self. You asked to be here to
come to fully understand within living consciousness that you are a
spark of the Omnipresence living within Omnipotence. You asked to
experience in full awareness how you as a living soul is an absolute
extension of Creation, how you one more time for many of you have
come to take on this lifetime with the excitement and essence of
knowing within your being that it is the last time. You express
within "I know I have had many chances, I understand that I have had
many experiences and I know each time I said I can do it but never
quite managed in full, I never quite got there at the end of the
journey, and so this time I am asking to come here again, pleading
again to be able to give again of my Light and my love and my
service in making this a better world. I cannot stand here and bare
to see this" and here you are.

You have had many incarnations where you were voluntarily involved
in being part of the essence that formulates Gaia. In fact, many of
you have had more soul incarnations in this part of Creation as part
of the collective supporting energies of Lady Gaia than actual
physical incarnations upon her body and for that reason many of you
feel immensely frustrated during this awakening lifetime because you
have been on the other side of this coin dear ones where you served
as part of the collective vibration of Gaia. You have experienced
many, many times the total sacredness of the In-Out Breath of
Creation and now many of you are within specific life experiences
where you feel many times as living walking frustrating time-bombs
don't you.

A: Yes!

AM: Dear ones don't explode just yet (laughter).

There is an energy present of Love.

To enable the planet to evolve and booming anew, there is a specific
formula that is used and set into motion to enable this shift. There
is a reality of love present here that you can no longer deny and
that dear ones is your knowing of the other or inner side of the
earth. It is your understanding of the experience of the collective
energies know as Gaia and now this time around you have set forth
the intent to be here in person and in awaking sacred mind and heart
to come and try for one last time to set into motion the memory of
your collective experiences and here you are.

The pain that many of you feel within your hearts you relate to so
well because you were there, in there, in here. You gave an aspect
of your collective spirit-soul to be lady Gaia. Therefore whatever
happens to her body happens to yours and you carry this cellular
memory with you. How do you know how it feels to be a grain of sand
for you know that you know how this feel, don't you?

A: Yes

How do you know that you know how it feels to be leaf on a tree for
you know this too, don't you. How do you know how it feels to be a
dying seabed kilometers deep within an ocean that is busy clearing
itself of life, love and colour? Dear ones how do you know how it
feels to have to nurture your own broken wings, you do because you
have been there, and now the time is here for you to whisper, I
remember for here you are, and if being here this day in this
Presence does not serve your awakening memory I don't know what this
is, do you?

A: No

Dear ones, you are being called to serve at the altar of your own
beingness, your life. You are being called to stand up and be very
proud of whom you are. You were the very ones that said let me go I
will remember, and you do, for if you don't then why are you present
to hear these words or have the need to read these lines.

So I am going to ask you this day dear souls of Lady Gaia, to work
with yourselves supporting and uplifting yourselves in every which
way you can consciously, and in this way set a whole new chain of
reality in motion that will effect your and everyone else's
consciousness for this is why you came this time around. Do you
really and truly believe when the plan of Ascension was set into
motion and the energy of Lady Gaia reacted bursting forth to allow
the magnificence of the plan to unfold that The Creator would've
sent the ones that couldn't care less for the plan, let alone
haven't experienced the love that is Gaia within their Higher
knowing? No. You are the ones that are here to do this job, see this
plan into fruition and that is why you are here. You are here
because each and every one of you has been selected specifically
according to your ability.

Some believe the planet to be totally over populated, this is true
to an extend, but in reality not as bad as most think it to be for
the earthlings tends to enjoy over-reacting don't you. So let's say
with the increasing alertness of over population during this most
crucial time of planet earth's existence ever in its 3 billion plus
years of being a planet, if you didn't have a role to play, did you
only pop in for an earth vacation? Just popping in and watch others
save the day here? No, for at the time when you stepped forth into
the winds of Creation after having experienced much preparation in
aid of this lifetime you knew your purpose and now you are
experiencing the awakening reality of your choice. Dear ones, you
were carefully selected.

So I plea with you this afternoon to do everything that you can
within your power to lift your self-esteem embracing the god within
you, to embrace the goddess within you and with that to be your
magnificent soul self for your earth self dear ones is but a
fleeting moment in the passing, hopping and skipping through the
reality which is an illusion for that is all that this is, a
illusionary game played within the rules of free will. The true
importance here is truly not what you do within the physical to a
large extend but very much what you allow to take form within your
spiritual bodies, in other words how you would support awaking power
and grace within your soul through everything that you do as an
experience of life.

This purpose behind this lifetime is for you to awake to the
illusion, the illusion that is being created once again as another
earth experience. There is a part of you that understands this, this
is the other aspect of the self within the higher realms that knows
the truth and feeds this truth to the higher or scared mind and
heart, the absolute knowing.
You are light; you are love in physical expression that's whom you
are. You have come to make this world a better place that's why you
came. You have come to embrace your uniqueness that's what you have
come to remember.

There are three essences that bring about life and you dear ones are
the combination of the three, you have within you the aspect of
Spirit, you have within you the Magnetics of Light or Light
Particles, and you are love. This is who you are.

Therefore you feel best when you live in lightness of being, for
when the energies that surrounds you weighs heavily upon you, you
find yourself unable to cope dear one. So in finding the respect
of/for the self, the validation of the magnificence of who you truly
are, the understanding that you are Light in manifested form and
therefore you are the greatest miracle ever, you need to embrace the
fact that truth is a variable energy, there is no constant in truth,
as with all of Creation truth is a constant changing reality and
that is truth. The human mind has the most powerful energy. Every
thought that you think sets into motion a train of thoughts. These
thoughts further more becomes strings of thoughts and the strings of
thought combines flared by the intent of your desire and is then
born into manifested form by the power of your faith and this you
must know for you are not who you think you are. You are spirit,
sparked into creation made possible through your essence of birth
which is love and light and through the experience of your awaking
being embrace your enlightened reality. You have come to be part of
one of the greatest teams that have ever gathered upon this plane in
eons, coming to stand together as ONE within an awaking
consciousness unlike anything this planet has ever experienced. You
as soul families said "send us together so we shall serve as ONE
memory" and here you are. Remember this truth dear ones for you know
you cannot do it on your own, you are not meant to do it on your
own, but also within the same breath you are not ever meant to give
up your individual self for each of you, each and everyone of you
here and out there, no matter how similar you think you are, are
very different.

You each carry a sacred signature. This signature only you can
impart and this is physically manifested for you within your
fingerprints. Have you noticed that not one person upon this planet
has a similar fingerprint? Can you for a minute think dear ones the
unbelievable magnificence of this truth, that within each and
everyone of you here upon this plane, the 6 billion people upon this
planet not one of you has the same fingerprint as another. So let's
get back to the signature. Why do you think you have as a part of
your economic and earth process the right to a signature? You have
been asked to use a signature because even from the days gone by
when the ink and way of writing was different, the moment you take
an object that touches your finger thus your individual unique earth
print, it takes on the essence of who you are and makes its mark as
your assurance. This is why it will become an absolute impossibility
for you to copy another's signature. As you are able to impart
through imprint your earth signature, so too do you have your own
sacred signature and you are the only one that can activate levels
of thought and spirituality within your own being that will assist
your evolvement thus supports you in claiming all the you truly are.
The only time the energy will ever be able to resonate with you is
when it resonates according to your signature, be it physical, be it
your sacred signature. You are Creator Essence in manifested form
blessed with the awakening reality that this is an illusion; you
have the understanding of what it feels like to be a grain of sand,
or a leaf on a dying tree. You inertly know what the ocean bed feels
like in its dying process. You feel the hurt within the depth of the
emotional body of the earth when the rains abstain for too long, so
too do you feel the stabbing pains of another during times of
conflict, for you truly are a multidimensional being as you came
here in search of yourself, rushing forth from the realms of Higher
Light beyond this star system with great excitement saying this time
I know I can do it. This time, I know I can remember.

I am Kuthumi, beloved ones I return to bring forth an activation and
initiation for you which will facilitate the ability for you to tap
into some of the far reaching refined energy of Diamond
Consciousness. This will enable you to once again become one with
the self, please straighten your spines, if you are thirsty take in
some water. Long pause.

Beloved ones, beloved brothers and sisters of the light, we are now
going to transport your consciousness into Shamballah into the
Diamond Temples of Archangel Michael where you will once again come
to meet his Energy. Pause

I want you to imagine that you are walking through the most
beautiful gardens (pause) become aware of the magnificence around
you, the trees, the flowers, the colours. In the distance are two
massive golden gates, the gateway into Shamballah. Pause. Shamballah
beloved ones is a sacred place of consciousness where you are
invited into to bring forth a whole new way of understanding
yourself from a perception of love and wisdom as I Kuthumi
facilitates this ray. It is also a place where you may come to
within your meditations, a place beautiful beyond your images, where
peace reigns. It is unlike any you have ever experienced upon this
plane. The energy of Shamballah for you is collectively held in the
etheric realms above the mountain range that you know as the
Himalayas. So with this knowing, focus your intent towards the
graphical location of this area, as the clearer your visions, the
better the metaphysical connection. So ahead of you in the distance
are the two massive magnificent golden entry gates to Shamballah.
Pause.

On either side of these two gates are two golden dragons perched up
high, these are the dragons of Lady Quan Yin and they are the
overseers of this gate in particular and no-one will be able to
enter into from this space unless permission is granted from Quan
Yin which is expressed through the presence of these two dragons. So
now if it is your wish and will, set your intention for permission
to be granted for you to enter, thus for the gates to open to allow
you entry into this sacred space. Wait patiently for these gates to
open and once permission is granted enter and again stand still
waiting for the gates to close behind you. I shall give you a few
moments. Long pause.

Standing now on the inside of these magnificent gardens turn from
the gates and face into the gardens with the beautiful temples of
initiation all round disappearing into the distance. Pause. Now
become aware of a most divine energy that manifests on your left,
the energy of Archangel Michael. He is standing on your left and he
places his right arm around your shoulder with his right hand
holding you tight at the top of your Shoulder joint, pulling you
close. Pause. He welcomes you to again connect with His energy field
from a different perspective as he pulls you even closer to Him.
Look up at him and acknowledge that you understood every word he
shared with you a few minutes ago. Acknowledge beloved ones that you
will do your very best to embrace all that was shared with you, all
that will enable you to be the magnificent being that you already
are and again he hugs you even closer to him, a warm and beautiful
embrace. Pause.

Archangel Michael now indicates for you to walk with him holding you
as the two of you venture further into the sacred space of
Shamballah, as he keeps you very closely to his side. As you walk
along you become aware of the increasing most intense colours, the
flowers, the trees, the little animals, the birds and the bees all
around. Also become aware of passing the various temples of
initiation that you have entered into over time and for this group
specifically over the past 3 years. If you can recall some of them
bring their memory into your mind's eye. See them in the distance,
see them on either side of the two of you walking as you acknowledge
the various temples thus acknowledging the various levels of
awareness that you have grown through and came to experience. Very
long pause.

Be sure to know beloveds that every step you take within these
sacred grounds of Shamballah you have earned, it is an awareness
that you have earned, an experience that is yours for the taking.
Pause. As you make your way further into Shamballah you pass the
massive fountains of Sirius on your right which is another level of
consciousness that many have been initiated into. Pause.

Ahead of you in the far distance is the most magnificent temple you
have ever laid your eyes upon. The temple in its entirety is cut
from clear flawless diamond crystal. Pause. The closer you and
Archangel Michael gets to the temple the more intensely aware you
become of the brilliant sparkle that is facilitated through the
multi-faceted cut of the true diamond, the iridescent mother-of-
pearl diamond reflection that is alive with brilliance and light.
The deep crystal energies that fragment its rays and pours upon you
colour and multi-colored light unlike anything you have ever
experienced before. Pause.

Archangel Michael indicates for you to stand and absorb this energy
for a while as he goes ahead into the temple, so now visualize
Archangel Michael making His way into the Diamond Temple. Pause.
Once he reaches the inner core of the Temple he indicates for you to
enter. Pause. Once you reach the entrance you see Archangel Michael
standing within the very centre of the temple, he stands calmly just
looking at you within the entrance doorway, admiring your
magnificence as he recalls the words of love that He shared with
you. Pause. He then indicates for you to step forward joining Him in
the inner core. As you enter into the essence of this scared place
you become aware of the true inner magnificence of this temple, the
iridescent multi faceted colour of pure diamonds unlike any that you
have ever come to know here upon this plane. The brilliance of this
temple beloved ones far exceeds anything that you have ever
experienced in diamond form or crystal. The brilliance of this
temple beloved's gift to you the gifts of creator consciousness for
that is what diamond consciousness entails. It is the true spark of
Creator Essence within form. Now come to stand in front of Archangel
Michael. Long Pause.

Archangel Michael now steps back from you to a distance of about a
1,5 meters. He raises his hands like scooping from a water barrel
and as he brings his two hands together the most brilliant tiny
little glittering diamonds manifest in his cusp hands. He raises his
hands to the level of his heart and he then slowly and lightly blow
the diamond energy off his hands into your heart. Pause. Now absorb
all of this diamond energy into your heart and once this energy is
fully absorbed into your heart allow this energy to travel up though
your heart, through your high heart, your sacred heart, into the
base of the neck towards the back of the neck into the area that is
known as the Medulla Oblongata, where this diamond energy exits out
the back of the base of the skull at this area, crossing over your
head towards the front, again entering into your heart from the
front. Pause. Once all this energy has accumulated back into the
heart allow this energy to travel down from your heart, through the
solar area, the sacral and into the base chakra where it exists
through the area known as your scrotum as it forms the bottom
infinity loop to the front traveling back up entering the heart from
the front. Pause. This is the first level of Archangel Michael's
diamond consciousness infinity breath. This is a very special gift
extended to you and all that are able to integrate this level of
consciousness. A gift of the awakening reality of all that he has
shared with you, this day and always. Pause. Some are familiar with
this, others not. Long pause.

Archangel Michael again brings his two hands together and again
another handful of diamonds manifest in his cusp hands, he looks at
you with great love as he admire your wonder of all that is
transpiring. Pause. He even steps back a little more admiring the
wonder that is you, as he gift you again with the potency of his
breath as He blows the next level of diamond consciousness particles
again into you're our heart. This time these particles of pure light
exists the back of the heart as they form the back loop of the
infinity entering back into heart at the same level where they
exited at the back of the heart, traveling through the heart and
then exits at the front of the heart at the same spot where they
initially entered and back in to complete the infinite loop energy.
Now visualize the continuous flow of these diamond particles flowing
creating an infinite loop of Super conscious connection through your
heart. Very long pause. This most sacred gift is a gift given to you
to prove to you that you are here to remember so that you may go
from here and spread open your wings remembering the value of the
self, so that you will embrace truth beloved ones in every
conceivable way it presents itself to you so that you will not go
from here in judgment but rather serve with love with every step
that you take. Very long pause.

Now, archangel Michael will initiate you into the third and final
level of diamond consciousness that will conclude this level of
initiation for you as he yet again brings his hands together
manifesting the brilliant diamonds within his cusped hands, and this
time he moves his aim from the lower to the highest levels of your
earth chakras each time blowing a small section of these light
particles into every chakra which will allow you beloved ones to
take on a new energy of power and love, worthiness and the energy of
belong.

He first aims his hands at the base centre gently blowing some
diamond particles into that area. Pause. Then he raises his hands
and blows a further amount of diamond particles into the area of the
sacral chakra. Pause. He then moves and blows diamond awaking
particles into the solar region. Pause. He next moves and once more
enriches the heart levels with this sacred energy. Pause. He takes
his hands and raising them blowing these particles into the level of
your throat chakra. Pause. He then moves up placing some of these
particles into the third eye, pause, and then extends this energy
into the crown, pause, and then moves higher up as he initiate new
awareness into the levels of the 8th chakra. Long Pause.

He then places the remainder of the diamond light particles into the
level of the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th chakras simultaneously. Pause.
He now lowers his hands and takes your hands into his and as his
hands touch yours all of your bodies come alive in array of diamond
light unlike any you have experienced to date. Pause. Visualize the
infinity breathe levels one and two, visualize the light particle
awakening of your chakric system levels 1 – 12 and then visualize
your entire energy field glittering as it glows in an array of
diamond light, the most exquisite particles of iridescent colour and
light. Long pause.

Archangel Michael opens his arms as he invites you to step forth
into his warm embrace as he holds you tightly with his heart energy
against yours ensuring that all the magic and miracles that are
infinitely available to you is yours by divine right as he heart
touches yours he once again reminds you that you are indeed a pulse
of Creator Light and that with every beat of this pulse which sets
forth the beating of your heart, you are a divine being. Also within
this embrace from his mind to your sacred mind he activates within
you a sacred connection so that you too will come to see yourself
only in the true magnificence of who you already are. Pause. He hugs
you tighter and whispers his unconditional love and devotion as an
Archangelic Being in support of you, he is always looking out for
you, as you hear these words and feel the vibrations of his immense
love within your sacred heart and you know how blessed you are. Long

Archangel Michael now releases you from his embrace as he invites
you to move out from this energy with the words "let us go live". He
walks you out of the temple as you shine with diamond consciousness
emanating with the finest vibration of pure love and truth. Together
again with his arm around you, you make your way from the temple and
once outside he lets go of your energy field, as he remains behind
here. Now turn and face him and give thanks to him for his presence
that he brought forth this afternoon, give thanks for his message of
love he brought for you in this way, and give thanks to him for
inviting you into the most sacred temple of diamond consciousness,
give thanks that he personally ventured with you to ensure that you
integrate within you the foundations that is needed for you to
understand love in the infinite way, to experience the first
activation of diamond consciousness within you. Before you make your
way he steps forward again embracing you, as he gently reminds you

being at the beginning of this New Year we inspire you beloved ones
to take every chance that you have as life is for the living. Within
the 4 lower bodies amongst others you have many issues that you have
carried with you, some for a very long time, as you carried much
that weighed heavily upon your shoulders at times. This year is the
year of letting go of all of that, beloved ones this year you will
be taken though various stages of unpacking every bit of issue you
have ever owned, so that at the end of this year once we embrace a
brand new energy of Light you will have no weight and heaviness to
burden you, you will be light, and enlightened for sure. There is
indeed a lot of clearing that still needs to be done. There is
indeed a never ending experience of living life on life's terms
isn't there? And if you think this will fall away then think again
for life is not going anywhere and neither are you for now. This
year you have already experienced a massive influx of the most
refined light on January 1st didn't you. Is there anyone present
that didn't feel that influx of energy for if there is you are also
on the wrong planet. (Laughter) It's undoubtedly so. The message
that was shared with you by Archangel Michael is a message beloved
ones that you will come to live this year as you will come to face
it in all its facets. You will come to live it in every aspect of
thought that you entertain so then let us start with the right foot
forward and let us not entertain pockets of useless information but
rather forming wonderful strings of thought that will string
together the most valuable sentences of thought, sentences that will
eventually bring to you all that you desire for only you can create
this. It is only you. As we have shared with you previously we of
the angelic realms are here to guide and assist you but are unable
to make it happen for you, it is only you through the brilliance of
your mind, through the acknowledgement of your divinity and
embracing this all as part and parcel of you that can do this.
Through this you become the hope, love and faith and through living
this consciously or unconsciously you create your living reality.

The answers to all is in what's been shared with you, there is no
outstanding knowledge that needs to be discovered to make you
realize how you create your earth and etheric reality. The knowledge
is all here within the coffers of time, all you need to do is unpack
and apply them. May the Light of Christ be with you, may you walk
