Allow this Messenger to take you on a meditation journey.

Find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed for a while. You may either sit or lie down which ever is more comfortable for you. Cover your physical self with a light blanket if you chill easily. You want no distractions during your meditations so always make sure the physical vessel is comfortable.

If it helps you to visualize by identifying your ego with a symbol or as an object please do so.

Direct your Ego Self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your Ego Self that it is only to be an observer on this journey.

In your imagination ask through prayer for The Creator to send you down a protective Ray of White Light by praying "My Creator I AM asking for a protective Ray of White Light to enfold me and lift me up so that I am experiencing the very highest of vibrations during this journey into my inner most depths of understanding and Being. I am protecting myself from anything that is not for my highest good on this journey. I am thanking you My Creator for assisting me by sending this Ray that is now coming down through the corner of the area where I am meditating. It is entering into this physical form, permeating all that is within this Beingness's presence, I AM."

The Creator has answered and has gifted you with an Iridescent White Ray plus a luminous Golden Ray and iridescent Yellow Ray for this journey. The Rays are entering into your body through the soles of your feet and moving up through your physical vessel; permeating through out all of your energy fields into all corners of the area that you are in; then exiting through your Crown Chakra. The Rays are returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a circular motion. These rays are in a continuous circulating loop while you are in meditation.

Visualize yourself using your breath to form a figure "8". The "in" breath forms the top loop of the 8 which goes over your head and your "out" breath forms the bottom loop that goes under your feet. The middle of the 8 is your waistline and forms the still point between the "in" breath and the "out" breath. It is forming the sign of Infinity and it rhythmically continuing over and over again with each "in" breath and "out" breath. This is a reminder that you are infinitely guided through out eternity.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you that is not for your highest good with out your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Divine Light Beings and feel the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator. Listen to The Creator's spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love that courses through you each time you think about this moment.

Breathe in deeply allowing and seeing within your spiritual imagination your Guardian Angels and Guides join you and take your etheric hand to direct you into your Spiritual Heart Chakra.

At this time invite in all the Spiritual Guests that you would enjoy having accompany you on this journey.

Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. You locate and turn the door knob of the Golden Door that says "To My Highest Guidance Within" you cross over the threshold.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor.

Your Angels hand you a pair of walking shorts and hiking boots, they ask that you change and then you can continue your journey.

You go behind the dressing screen that you have been shown by the Angels and change your clothes as instructed.

You come out and find that you are also to be using a walking staff and small backpack. The Angels hand you these items and advise you that it is time to find the entrance into this adventure.

You search around the corridor and look for some type of doorway. Just under the table to your left you spy a small doorway. You crawl under the table and open the door.

As you open the door, you are sucked into the moment.

Looking around you don't see a lot of scenery. It looks like a giant mountain with narrow spiraling stairs up the side. You feel a little apprehensive but your Angels tell you that they will be with you all of the way.

Taking the first steps towards the mountain seemed to be the most difficult. Your mind is putting all types of reasons why you shouldn't continue with this adventure in front of you. You finally just get feed up with this type of mentality and tell it that enough is enough, you remind the mind that this is a spiritual journey with Angel guidance and protection.

The minute that you put this directive into play, the doubting Ego/mind chatter stops and you take your first steps up on the mountain staircase.

You use your walking stick to steady your gate and find that it does indeed assist in your balance. As you climb up more and more stairs you notice that your essence seems to become lighter and lighter. This is amazing you tell yourself.

A clearing has come into view off to your left. You didn't see any clearing from the ground but are assured that there are several on your way to the peak of the mountain.

The Angels gesture for you to take a rest stop and show you a large rock that you can sit on. In your backpack they show you are some light snacks and beverages. You are encouraged to eat and drink and rest.

The break is much needed and you enjoy the munching and wonderful cool water that has been provided.

As you peer again into the bottom of the backpack you notice an amethyst crystal and you take it out.

You are instructed to hold the crystal up to your third eye and close your eyes to meditate on it for a few moments. Listen for the message that it holds for you.

When you open your eyes you feel a new awareness has been perceived. You also notice that you body feels lighter and almost non-existent.

The Angels motion for your to continue on the next set of stairs. The steps appear to be a little steeper but it doesn't appear to require more effort, as a matter of fact it actually is taking less effort now.

The Angels relay that the higher the level of vibration the less effort you will have to expend to reach it. The lower vibrations are more difficult the Angels state. They continue by comparing the Earth Plane and the extreme density and lower energy vibration there.

Continuing on for a while you notice another rest area to your right. The Angels guide you to stop.

This time you take off your backpack for refreshments and a completely different selection is available. Also you notice in the bottom of the pack a Peridot Crystal and you take it out.

The refreshments are so delightful and sweet, you really enjoy the taste although you really can't identify what the item are. The taste is not something that you have experienced before either. The bottled water even is exhibiting a clearer more refreshing taste. You thank the Angels for these wonderful treats.

The Angels instruct you to once again place the crystal on your third eye and mediate on it for a few moments. What gift of information is this crystal sharing with you? If nothing is coming forth don't worry you aren't ready yet for that information. When the time is right the information will appear again.

You can tell from the next set of steps that you are close to reaching the top. Its time to begin again your Angels tell you.

Once again you start off. You take a quick inventory of your bodily sensations to see what has changed. Your essence is glowing and your appearance is almost transparent. You are floating up the steps with no effort at all.

The journey to the last plateau is effortless and within seconds there you are on the top of this hugh spiritual spiral mountain.

As you look around at the scenery you are in awe. This is more beautiful than anything that you have ever seen on the Earth Plane.

The Angels take you to a very special spot in the center of this plateau. There you sit on a rock where you open your backpack and look in.

At each stop you have emptied the backpack of all of its contents. Each time you reach a rest stop the pack is miraculously full again.

You find more unique snacking delights, yet again lighter and more delicious than the prior sustenance. This time there is no crystal.

The food and water is consumed in a very short time.

You sense a presence next to you and thus you turn. You find your Higher Essence standing there looking down at you smiling. Rather than your rising your Higher Essence sits down next to you. Your Higher Essence then places their arm around your shoulder.

Their touch is so welcomed and loving that it brings instant tears of joy to your eyes. It is in this moment that you both blend together re-uniting into your true one identity. The re-uniting sensation is like melting together without effort, struggle, pain or heat.

As this occurs you look up and there feel the presence of The Creator immediately on your other side. The Creator places Its arms around your shoulder and as this occurs you blend into The Creator as One Entity. Again the re-uniting sensation is like melting together without effort, struggle, pain or heat.

You experience something that you have never dreamed of before. You see the whole Omniverse as a never ending swirling energy of Golden Light that stretches as far as you can see and beyond in all directions.

You sense that you are part of this vast ocean of golden effervesce essence, but there is no separation. There is no beginning and there is no ending. There is only blending and combining and melting into this sea of Golden Light, THE ALL THAT IS. There is nothing else just the massive Golden Energy that pulsates and swirls and encompasses ALL.

You realize once and for all that you are truly part of the ONE and that there is no separation ever. The separation is only an illusion that comes with the veil of forgetfulness, and this veil would have you believe that you are only a physical body.

In truth you are this particle that makes up the WHOLE. Your Higher Essence is just the larger part of your true Being that you don't remember.

The feeling of being HOME and back with your Creator is beyond your description and words. You are aware of your particle-ness but also aware of your place in the larger scope f the WHOLE, That of Being ONE WITH THE CREATOR.

You can unequivocally state that you are part of THE CREATOR.

What a rush of clear perception this brings. All falls into place it brings comfort and confirmation to your understanding. This provides total awareness and complete remembrance of who you really are.

You find your self continually saying "I AM GOLDEN LIGHT, I AM GOLDEN LIGHT, I AM GOLDEN LIGHT, AND SO IT IS".

You want to just remain, as you realize that this is your natural state of existence, but your Angels nudge you and remind you that you have a mission to complete. They tell you that you wrote a special plan for this incarnation that included some very special events and participation. You stood in line for eons to volunteer for this mission, your Angels remind you. Your return to complete your assignments are critical to the whole, the Angels continue.

With a resolute thought you allow yourself to once again appear to disengage and be separate from this GRAND ESSENCE. You reluctantly return to the mountain top with your Angels so that you can complete your work.

You thank your Angels for guiding you on this journey.

You notice how much lighter, more peaceful and centered you feel. You are now ready to resume your mission.

Your Angels lead you back down the mountain side. Then they guide you back through the door under the table where you across over the golden threshold door that leads you back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they direct your spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

When you are ready wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Angelic support staff is always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest and most appropriate potential. Always invite them in and thank them for their assistance. Your Higher Self is always there, listen carefully to the guidance that pops into your awareness. Your Creator is always there beaming you love.

Embrace an attitude of gratitude for all that you are.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.
